We know you wanted it yesterday, so we’re doing our best to get your fresh-roasted SteamDot coffee on it’s journey to you. If we’re out of something you’ve ordered, we’ll do our best to let you know in a timely manner. We ship using USPS, but if you’ve got your own private jet you’d like us to use to deliver your coffee, please contact us immediately. If you have a personal/business FedEx and/or UPS number, we can do that, too.


If you’re not satisfied with your bag of SteamDot Coffee, we’ll replace, exchange or refund it at our expense. Period. No questions, no hassles. We just want you to be happy. (Just don’t send coffee once you’ve brewed it… )
