Nutty and semi-sweet, with cedar aroma. A really nice natural from The Cerrado region.
Although Brazil is the largest coffee-producing nation in the world, there are still many high-grown micro lots with exceptional coffee. We found one and roast it gently (one of our lightest) to perfection.
