You can already get a cup of our Sumatra Red Badger at Marty’s newest location in the Dimond Center…and soon you’ll be able to enjoy great bagels and great coffee at Marty’s other locations. We’ve been cupping and toying with a new coffee from Guatemala these days. We’ve been roasting – and quite fond of – a very nice Organic Guatemala from the La Voz region for over a year. But we sampled a naturally processed Guat from Finca Santa Isabel and we were instantly impressed. The Isabel is sweet and fruity and very clean for a natural. We’re roasting it today and can’t wait for it to hit the slow bar Sunday!
