Benson Coffee Bar is OPEN!
We’ve been cupping and toying with a new coffee from Guatemala these days. We’ve been roasting – and quite fond of – a very nice Organic Guatemala from the La Voz region for over a year. But we sampled a naturally processed Guat from Finca Santa Isabel and we were instantly impressed. The Isabel is sweet and fruity and very clean for a natural. We’re roasting it today and can’t wait for it to hit the slow bar Sunday!
