Our premier café in south Anchorage features Alaska’s only ‘Slow Bar’, with single cup, artisan coffee preparations. The Lab is also where we evaluate all our coffees . You’ll find us constantly tinkering with new batches and arrivals in the cupping room.
Featured Coffee
We’re always on the lookout for a special coffee offering from origin. Once we find it, we roast it to perfection and feature it in the Lab and on-line.
